What data we use and why

If you request to join the mailing list, we process your email address to send you a confirmation link and, only after you confirm, updates about Kleptolagnia and a release notification. We record the status of your request, request and confirmation dates, the consent version, your chosen language for emails and random identifiers for confirmation or unsubscribing. We do not ask for your name, national ID, date of birth or information about your sex life. We do not create profiles or infer intimate preferences from your registration.

Consent to receive updates is specific and voluntary, and is requested through an unchecked box. Declaring that you are an adult or visiting this website does not amount to giving that consent. We do not use this list for campaigns for other projects. Signing up does not constitute a reservation, purchase or commitment to pay.

Legal basis

The list and its communications are based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Article 21 of Spain’s Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act, LSSI). You can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. If you do not confirm your email address, you will not receive updates.

To protect the form against abuse, we use an identifier derived from the IP address through a keyed cryptographic function, limited to an hourly window. The IP address is not stored in the mailing list database. This protection is based on the legitimate interest in maintaining the security of the service; it is not used for commercial tracking. Hosting and email services may generate technical logs necessary to operate and protect their services, such as IP addresses, dates, requests and delivery information. Their management also depends on the provider’s configuration.

Retention and security

Unconfirmed requests expire after seven days. Confirmed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or for a maximum of two years from confirmation. When you unsubscribe, your list record is deleted. Expired requests and records are removed when the system is used, and the website owner may schedule periodic clean-ups. Abuse prevention counters expire after one hour.

Addresses are stored encrypted; confirmation and unsubscribe tokens are stored as cryptographic hashes. HTTPS is used and access to the configuration is restricted. These measures do not eliminate all risks. If you contact us directly by email, we will process the data needed to reply and keep it while handling your enquiry and for any applicable statutory retention periods.

Providers and recipients

IONOS is used for hosting and domain email. These services are involved in technical storage and the delivery of confirmations. We do not sell the list or incorporate advertising or analytics services. Internal access must be limited to people authorised to manage the project. Data will be disclosed to authorities when legally required.

This website does not involve data transfers through tracking tools. The location and terms of hosting and email services, including subprocessors or any international transfers by the provider, depend on the IONOS contract. You can request information from the data controller at the privacy email address.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe or cancel a request using the link in the confirmation email. You can also request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and, where applicable, data portability by writing to info@dietofsex.com. You do not need to explain why you are withdrawing consent. If we need to verify your identity to handle a request, we will ask only for information that is proportionate and necessary.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Adults only

The list is intended for people aged at least 18. The visitor’s declaration is not age verification. This teaser shows on-set photographs featuring nudity and intimacy and does not provide access to the film. No identity documents or biometric data are collected. Future access to the film will require appropriate measures to be assessed and implemented before that content is offered.
